Return policy

If there is unexpectedly something wrong with your order, you can cancel your order within 14 days and return the package to us. Contact us at info@spiritsbydesign.com and we will be happy to guide you through the returns process.

Pack the received goods in the original shipping packaging, stick the return label on it and hand it in at a bpost office. The costs for this return shipment are for your own account.

After receipt, we will check the received goods and refund the purchase amount as soon as possible to the account with which the order was paid.
