Shipping policy

All bottles are packed in protective packaging.

The packages do not fit in the letterbox, so you must be present to receive them.

Shipping costs are charged at cost price during settlement.

You will receive a tracking code with every order. With this tracking code you can easily track your delivery. We are not liable for delay, loss, damage or theft during shipment.

If this should occur, you can contact the courier's customer services.

We process our orders within 1 working day, if the order is made between Friday evening and Sunday it will be processed on the following Monday.

When shipping, you will have to take into account a delivery time depending on your country after processing the order.

This delivery time is only indicative and Spirits By Design tries to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Spirits By Design cannot be held responsible for delays that occur beyond our control.

The buyer provides Spirits By Design with the delivery address. If this address turns out to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the buyer and additional costs may be charged. In the event of non-delivery of the goods (due to an error in our stock count, or not having parts/materials in stock), any sums paid by the buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
