Ginius gin was awarded as the best gin in the world at the Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits competition 2024.

Ginius is a robust gin with a unique character thanks to the careful selection of nine herbs, including lavender and bay leaf. Upon tasting, you immediately detect the refreshing notes of grapefruit and lime, complemented by subtle notes of lavender, black pepper, angelica and the complexity of bay leaf. Each spice has been carefully chosen to create a harmonious blend of flavours that will tantalise your taste buds

The high concentration of essential oils obtained by distillation gives the gin a cloudy after addition of ice or tonic. Think pastis.
